If your insurance company is not listed above, we may be able to obtain individual authorization on a per case basis. Please contact our office to discuss further.

In addition, we proudly provide pro bono, volunteer surgical services for patients of the Arlington Free Clinic. AFC patients will require referral from an AFC practitioner prior to scheduling an appointment.
