Late Policy

Our surgeons and physician assistants do their best to see you on time. Unfortunately, a patient arriving late may impact that physician's schedule for the rest of the day. Out of respect for your fellow patients we ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We will try to accommodate patients that arrive late as far as possible, but we cannot compromise on the quality and timely care provided to our other patients and may need to postpone or reschedule your appointment.

As neurosurgeons, medical and surgical emergencies do occur, which may result in delays or rescheduling of appointments. We truly apologize for any inconvenience and will strive to have you seen as soon as possible.
